Shipping Policy

At Naru, we always strive to deliver your order safely, carefully, and as quickly as possible.

Shipping Area

Currently, Naru ships nationwide within Thailand.

Delivery Time

  • In-stock products: approximately 2–3 business days.
  • Products not currently available in stock or requiring preparation: approximately 7–12 business days.

During holidays, peak seasons, or unexpected weather conditions, delivery times may be slightly delayed. We will always try to keep customers updated as early as possible.

Shipping Fee

  • Standard shipping fee: 40 THB for orders with 1 product.
  • Depending on promotional periods, Naru may offer free shipping for orders of 2 or more products.

Promotional information will be displayed directly on our website or at checkout.

Payment Method

Currently, Naru supports Cash on Delivery (COD).

Customers may inspect the product before making payment for greater peace of mind.

Shipping Partner

Orders are delivered via J&T Express Thailand.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the shipping company will try contacting the customer again approximately 3–5 times.

Orders will be held for up to 3 days before being canceled.

Damaged Product Support Policy

If the product arrives:

  • broken,
  • dented,
  • or damaged during shipping,

Naru will support either a replacement or refund depending on the actual situation.

To receive support as quickly as possible, customers are kindly requested to contact us immediately after receiving the package and provide photos/videos when opening the parcel.

ระยะเวลาในการจัดส่ง

  • สินค้าพร้อมส่ง: ประมาณ 2–3 วันทำการ
  • สินค้าที่ไม่มีพร้อมในสต็อกหรืออยู่ระหว่างการเตรียมสินค้า: ประมาณ 7–12 วันทำการ

ในช่วงวันหยุด เทศกาล หรือสภาพอากาศที่ไม่เอื้ออำนวย อาจทำให้การจัดส่งล่าช้ากว่ากำหนดเล็กน้อย โดยเราจะพยายามแจ้งข้อมูลให้ลูกค้าทราบโดยเร็วที่สุด

  • ในบางช่วงโปรโมชั่น Naru อาจมีบริการจัดส่งฟรีสำหรับคำสั่งซื้อ 2 ชิ้นขึ้นไป

ข้อมูลโปรโมชั่นจะแสดงบนเว็บไซต์หรือหน้าเช็กเอาต์

วิธีการชำระเงิน

ปัจจุบัน Naru รองรับการชำระเงินปลายทาง (COD)

ลูกค้าสามารถตรวจสอบสินค้าก่อนชำระเงินได้ เพื่อความมั่นใจมากยิ่งขึ้น

สินค้าทุกชิ้นจัดส่งผ่าน J&T Express Thailand

กรณีจัดส่งไม่สำเร็จ

หากไม่สามารถจัดส่งได้ในครั้งแรก บริษัทขนส่งจะพยายามติดต่อกลับประมาณ 3–5 ครั้ง

คำสั่งซื้อจะถูกเก็บไว้ไม่เกิน 3 วันก่อนถูกยกเลิก

นโยบายกรณีสินค้าเสียหาย

หากสินค้าเกิด:

  • แตกหัก
  • บุบเสียหาย
  • หรือเสียหายจากการขนส่ง

Naru ยินดีเปลี่ยนสินค้าใหม่หรือคืนเงินตามความเหมาะสมของแต่ละกรณี

เพื่อให้ได้รับการดูแลอย่างรวดเร็ว กรุณาติดต่อเราทันทีหลังได้รับสินค้า พร้อมส่งรูปภาพหรือวิดีโอขณะเปิดพัสดุ
